Immediately after completing your purchase, you’ll receive two emails:

  1. Your order confirmation from Shopify
  2. A separate email containing download links to your digital products

You can also access your downloads anytime by logging into your account and visiting:

We recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage for easy access and peace of mind.

How long do I have to download my digital products?

Your download links never expire. You’ll always be able to access your files through your account dashboard.

That said, we recommend downloading and saving your files within 30 days for convenience.

What if I accidentally delete my files?

No worries at all 🤍

Simply log into your account and re-download your files—unlimited downloads are included.

If you run into any issues, email us at contact@thesoftlifemethod.com, and we’ll send you a fresh link within 24 hours.

Can I print the journals and planners?

Absolutely. All printable products are designed at 300 DPI for crisp, professional results and sized for:

  • US Letter (8.5” × 11”)
  • A4 (international)
  • A5 (compact journaling)

For best results, we recommend 28–32 lb premium paper or cardstock.

Do I need special software?

Most products only require a free PDF reader.

For editable features:

  • Canva templates → Free Canva account
  • PowerPoint/Keynote → Microsoft Office or Apple iWork
  • Fillable PDFs → Adobe Acrobat Reader (free)

We include simple instructions with every download.
